A Place Of Quiet Rest is an all-quiet piano-only CD consisting of eleven improvisations on well-known hymns. My goal in recording A Place Of Quiet Rest was to create a CD which would focus the listener on the words of the hymns. To that end, each improvisation has as many verses as the hymn. This is a wonderful background CD for working or thinking.
